Unite Hair products are of the highest quality, and we take great care to ensure all orders are packaged and labelled correctly.

However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you can start a return procedure by emailing our team at orders@laceys.biz with 10 working days of receipt of the purchased goods.

Unless you are specifically not satisfied with the quality or description of the product, we can only issue refunds if the goods are unopened and in their original, intact packaging.

Goods can be returned to: Laceys Hair & Beauty, Unit 5, The Markham Centre, Station Road, Theale, RG7 4PE

Conditions of return

• The return shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer
• The cost of return postage will be paid by the customer
• Laceys Hair & Beauty will not be liable in any way for damage or theft / loss of products during return shipment
• Returns will be inspected on arrival at our warehouse, and the customer will be contacted within 24hrs of receipt to confirm if the item is the required condition for a refund
• If the return is acceptable, the customer will receive a full refund, excluding postage costs, within 30 days
