However, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you can start a return procedure by emailing our team at orders@laceys.biz with 10 working days of receipt of the purchased goods.
Unless you are specifically not satisfied with the quality or description of the product, we can only issue refunds if the goods are unopened and in their original, intact packaging.

The return shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer
The cost of return postage will be paid by the customer

Returns will be inspected on arrival at our warehouse, and the customer will be contacted within 24 of receipt
If the return is acceptable, the customer will receive a full refund, excluding postage costs, within 30 days
